Whenever I'm at home, I'll make dumplings to eat because I'm so in love with dumplings and dimsum! It's quite easy to make but i use a few hours to make as i make a lot at once.
Dumplings!
I would serve it by two ways:
one is to boil it;
another is to fry it:
To make the skin you'll need:
- 350g of medium flour
- Some hot water & cold water (the volume of water can be adjusted)
The dumpling ingredients:
- around 450g of minced pork
- Kuchai
- 2 eggs
- 1 big teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 big teaspoons of soysause and cooking oil
- Some carrots & turnips
